Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
[svn] - implement osx_format_is_neutral(), returns TRUE if endianness of the format is neutral, otherwise FALSE if conversion is needed. - only select a conversion strategy if endianness is not neutral
