Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
[svn] - Add interface plugin type (buildsystem). - Update Effect Makefile to use $EFFECT_PLUGINS vs $GENERAL_PLUGINS, even though this doesn't have any effect on anything.
