[svn] Use magic bytes to identify AAC and MP4 as the decoder insists on reading the entire file before making a decision. This can be upsetting to users of large playlists, so reduce that to two 4-byte reads. Extension checking still needed for files that have been butchered by bad taggers, sorry. trunk
