(mac_load_query_font): Don't load font if space width is not positive. [TARGET_API_MAC_CARBON] (mac_store_event_ref_as_apple_event): Use mac_wakeup_from_rne instead of mac_post_mouse_moved_event. (XTread_socket): Call SelectWindow when unfocused frame is clicked.
