Fix treatment of menu-bar-files-menu. * lisp/menu-bar.el (menu-bar-files-menu): Make it into an actual alias, rather than just an unused variable that inherits from the real one. * doc/lispref/maps.texi (Standard Keymaps): Update File menu description.
