Remove all uses of LIBX11_SYSTEM.
* Makefile.in (LIBX11_SYSTEM): Remove.
* s/msdos.h (LIBX11_SYSTEM): Do not define, define LIBS_SYSTEM
instead.
* configure.in: Remove all references to LIBX11_SYSTEM.
