(xml-lite-in-string-p): Use sgml-lexical-context.
(xml-lite-parse-tag-backward): Use sgml-tag-syntax-table.
(xml-lite-get-context): Check that open/close tags match.
Don't stop scanning while we're ignoring matching tags.
