annotate etc/README @ 26525:4df5920724de

Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Rename messages-locale to system-messages-locale and time-locale to system-time-locale. Do not mention previous-system-messages-locale and previous-system-time-locale.
