* longlines.el (longlines-mode): Make longlines-auto-wrap
buffer-local. Add hooks unconditionally.
(longlines-auto-wrap): Toggle wrapping.
(longlines-after-change-function)
(longlines-post-command-function): Check longlines-auto-wrap.
