(x_window): Fix error message. (x_any_window_to_frame): New function. (x_window_to_frame, x_window): Handle USE_X_TOOLKIT. (x_set_icon_type, x_set_menu_bar_lines, x_set_name): Likewise. (store_class_hints, hack_wm_protocols): New function.
