Minor cleanup.
* ffap.el (ffap-symbol-value): Replace ffap-soft-value. Adjust all callers.
(ffap-locate-file): Remove unused arg `dir-ok' and make other args compulsory.
Adjust callers.
(ffap-gopher-at-point): Remove unused var `name'.
