Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
(openp, Fload): Encode the file name before pasing it to `stat', `access', and `emacs_open'. (openp): GCPRO the encoded file name. Don't recompute Lisp strings unnecessarily.
