(menu-bar-make-mm-toggle): New macro.
(showhide-menu-bar, showhide-toolbar, menu-bar-toggle-auto-compression)
(toggle-highlight-paren-mode, toggle-global-lazy-font-lock-mode):
Remove. Use the minor mode function directly instead.
(menu-bar-mode): Add message and customize-mark-as-set and return
the new value as do other minor modes.

1 This subdirectory contains the lwlib library which provides a uniform

2 interface to a few different X toolkits. The library was written by Lucid.

3 This version has changes in the makefile to fit in with Emacs's configure

4 script, and some source files have been renamed to fit in 14 characters.
