(charset-list, set-coding-priority): Remove redundant obsolescence info. (charset-id, charset-bytes, make-coding-system): Add obsolescence info. (char-valid-p): Define with `define-obsolete-function-alias'. * textmodes/artist.el (artist-mode): Fix typos in docstring.
