(install_application_handler) [MAC_OSX]: Register handlers for kEventTextInputPosToOffset and kEventTextInputGetSelectedText. (install_application_handler) [MAC_OS_X_VERSION_MAX_ALLOWED >= 1030]: Register mac_handle_document_access_event.
