Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
(set_time_zone_rule_tz1, set_time_zone_rule_tz2): Put "+" in value; needed if we are a Solaris 1 executable running under Solaris 2. Define these variables only if LOCALTIME_CACHE is defined.
