(gnus-button-alist): Improve regexp for domain part of the MIDs
for news:localpart@domain buttons.
(gnus-button-ctan-directory-regexp): Update.
* lisp/gnus/message.el (message-kill-buffer): Raise the current frame.
(message-bury): Use `window-dedicated-p'.
