(xml-lite-get-context): Don't stop parsing
at unclosed tags unless it is at indentation.
Kill nested unclosed tags.
(xml-lite-calculate-indent, xml-lite-indent-line): Remove.
(xml-lite-mode): Use sgml-indent-line instead.
