(menu-bar-bookmark-map): Autoload each form
used to set up this variable's value, so that the whole job
is done in loaddefs.el.
(bookmark-menu-locate, bookmark-menu-jump, bookmark-menu-insert)
(bookmark-menu-delete, bookmark-menu-rename): Add autoloads.
