(fill-match-adaptive-prefix): New function.
(fill-context-prefix): Use it to avoid guessing absurdly long prefixes.
Remove unused vars `start' and `firstline'.
(fill-nobreak-p): Fix line-move-invisible -> line-move-invisible-p.
(justify-current-line, fill-individual-paragraphs): Remove unused vars.
