(ALL_CFLAGS): Use $C_SWITCH_MACHINE and $C_SWITCH_SYSTEM in place of $c_switch_machine and $c_switch_system. * lib-src/Makefile.in: Use @C_SWITCH_SYSTEM@, @C_SWITCH_MACHINE@ rather than @c_switch_system@, @c_switch_machine@.
