Added C-o keybinding to toggle use of virtual buffers
* ido.el (ido-init-completion-maps): For ido-switch-buffer, C-o
toggles the use of virtual buffers.
(ido-buffer-internal): Guard `ido-use-virtual-buffers' global
value.
(ido-toggle-virtual-buffers): New function.
