(custom-deps, finder-data, autoloads, recompile)
(progmodes/cc-mode.elc, mh-e/mh-loaddefs.el): Use $(emacs) rather
than $(EMACS), so that EMACSLOADPATH is set. Prevents any system
shadow files messing up the compilation.
