(vc-annotate-display-select): Fix the nil case. (vc-annotate): Remove obsolete (and now broken) code. (vc-annotate-extract-revision-at-line): Remove obsolete code. (vc-annotate-time-span): Remove unused arg `quantize'. Simplify.
