If you've never run MH before, you need to run @command{install-mh}
from the shell before you continue. This sets up your personal MH
environment@footnote{See the section

If you don't, you'll be greeted with the error message: @samp{Install
MH and run install-mh before running MH-E}.

it from your local distribution or from the
