Don't mess with *temp*.

* lisp/international/mule.el (ctext-pre-write-conversion):
Don't hardcode point-min==1.
* lisp/gnus/mm-util.el (mm-find-buffer-file-coding-system): Don't forget to
kill the temp buffer.
