(apropos-symbols-internal): New fun. Extracted from `apropos'.
(apropos): Use it.
(apropos-print): Add optional `text' argument.
(apropos-describe-plist): Use help-buffer and hexlp-setup-xref.
Don't assume point-min == 1.
