Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
(Qface, Qmouse_face): Remove unused externs. (x_draw_hollow_cursor): Draw cursor using glyph's rather than row's ascent and descent, to get a sensible height on tall rows.
