* vc-dispatcher.el (vc-resynch-buffers-in-directory): Make sure
the buffer we try to sync is current when calling
vc-resynch-buffer.
* vc-dir.el (vc-dir-resynch-file): Make sure vc-dir-update does
not show up to date files.
