(EMACS_DAEMON): Remove definition. (decode_options): Do not allow an empty alternate_editor on WINDOWSNT. (print_help_and_exit): Replace EMACS_DAEMON with WINDOWSNT. (start_daemon_and_retry_set_socket): Likewise.
