(gdb-info-breakpoints-custom): Force re-display of assembler to happen *after* update of breakpoints buffer. (gdb-display-source-buffer): Don't choke if gdb-source-window isn't visible. (gdb-put-string, gdb-put-arrow): Remove free variables.
