Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
(c-macro-expansion): Delete ??! trigraph in uniquestring. Use same syntax table in outbuf as in inbuf. Insert newline instead of space at end, for proprocessors which don't like truncated lines.
