(vc-dispatcher-browsing): Use derived-mode-p. (vc-dir-prepare-status-buffer): Use vc-dispatcher-browsing. (vc-dispatcher-in-fileset-p): New fun. (vc-dispatcher-selection-set): Use it to properly handle directories.
