This changeset reverts GDB Graphical Interface to use annotations. It incorporates features added (and never released) on the EMACS_23_1_RC branch. Namely reverse debugging and the display of STL collections as watch expressions. The long term aim is to move to GDB/MI, so these changes will be re-instated at some time in the future.
