(gdb-display-buffer): Don't pop up GUD buffer.
Always split windows.
(gdb-speedbar-timer-fn): Only raise frame after user input.
(gdb-same-frame): Reverse initial value.
(gdb-display-gdb-buffer): Check for GUD buffer in other frames.
