Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
(direct_output_for_insert): Use Vshow_trailing_whitespace instead of former iterator member show_trailing_whitespace_p. (direct_output_forward_char): Don't do it if hightlighting trailing whitespace.
