Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
* select.el (ccl-check-utf-8, string-utf-8-p): New functions (by Kenichi Handa). (xselect-convert-to-string): Decline requests for UTF8_STRING if the selection is not UTF-8.
