(rfc2047): Update.
* gnus.texi (Article Highlighting): Add
gnus-cite-ignore-quoted-from.
(POP before SMTP): New node.
(Posting Styles): Addition.
(Splitting Mail): Add nnmail-split-lowercase-expanded.
(Fancy Mail Splitting): Ditto.
(X-Face): Add gnus-x-face.
