* alloc.c (__malloc_hook, __realloc_hook, __free_hook): Declare
these extern, not static. (!)
* alloc.c (__malloc_hook, old_malloc_hook, __realloc_hook,
old_realloc_hook): Declare that the functions these point to return
void *, not void.
