* gnus.texi (Gnus Versions, Oort Gnus): Mention the Git repo instead of
the CVS repo. Put the Git repo in the news section.
* gnus-coding.texi (Gnus Maintainance Guide): Fixed title typo.
Removed some mentions of CVS. Mention the new Git repo.
