(byte-compile-callargs-warn, byte-compile-arglist-warn) (display-call-tree): Update for byte-compile-fdefinition possibly returning `(macro lambda ...)'. (Bug#4778) (byte-compile-variable-ref, byte-compile-setq-default): Respect `constants' member of byte-compile-warnings.
