[USE_LSB_TAG]: Add definitions for Lisp_Object value manipulation macros for when tags are in the lower bits. (struct Lisp_Free) [USE_LSB_TAG]: Add padding. (DECL_ALIGN): New macro. (DEFUN): Use it.
