(mouse-throw-magnifier-with-scroll-bar) (mouse-throw-magnifier-with-mouse-movement): Remove. (mouse-throw-magnifier-base): New const. (mouse-drag-scroll-delta): New fun. (mouse-drag-throw): Use it.
