Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
(vc-cvs-registered, vc-cvs-dir-state-heuristic): Don't consider cvs-removed files as under VC control. VC wouldn't handle them properly anyway and it confuses vc-file-not-found-hook.
