("kirshenbaum-ipa", "x-sampa-ipa"): Two new input methods, both following widely-used Usenet conventions for mapping ASCII to the IPA. Kirshenbaum is common in sci.lang and alt.usage.english, X-SAMPA in various (mostly European) non-English language fora. X-SAMPA is slightly more complex to support in Quail that Kirshenbaum, whence the two extra function and one extra submap to support it. (x-sampa-prepend-to-keymap-entry): New function.
