(init_iterator): Set iterator's extra_line_spacing from buffer or frame. (automatic_hscrolling_p): New variable. (hscroll_windows): Scroll windows horizontally only if automatic hscrolling is allowed. (syms_of_xdisp): New variable `automatic-hscrolling'.
