Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
(shell-directory-tracker): Check for terminator after cd, pushd, or popd, so that we don't try to do directory tracking on things like "cdump". Don't use \\s patterns inside brackets.
