diff src/makefile.w32-in @ 74803:a7c1903d8dca

(emacs, temacs): Depend on stamp_BLD instead of $(BLD). ($(OBJ0) $(OBJ1) $(WIN32OBJ)): New dependency on stamp_BLD. (bootstrap-temacs): Pass $(XMFLAGS) to sub-make.
