* emacs.c (Vbefore_init_time, Vafter_init_time): Moved from startup.el. * lisp.h: (Vbefore_init_time, Vafter_init_time): Declare. * gtkutil.c (x_wm_set_size_hint): Return immediately if called during initialization.
