(c-enable-//-in-c-mode): Obsolete. (c++-mode-syntax-table, java-mode-syntax-table) (objc-mode-syntax-table, idl-mode-syntax-table): Added autoload cookies. c-mode-syntax-table already has one. Use the new syntax table initialization idioms.
